NEWROC is a partnership of seven local governments in the north-eastern Wheatbelt of Western Australia – Dowerin, Koorda, Mount Marshall, Mukinbudin, Nungarin, Trayning and Wyalkatchem. Together, we’re working to grow vibrant, resilient communities by supporting economic development, improving regional services, and advocating for our shared future.

Where is NEWROC?

Located in the north-east of Western Australia’s Wheatbelt, the NEWROC region spans over 22,000 square kilometres and includes the Shires of Dowerin, Koorda, Mount Marshall, Mukinbudin, Nungarin, Trayning and Wyalkatchem.

Just 180km from Perth, NEWROC is connected, collaborative and full of opportunity – making it a great place to live, work and invest.
